A revista Rolling Stone divulgou nesta segunda o ranking dos 50 melhores álbuns do ano de 2016. Com diversos artistas incríveis na lista, como Bon Iver, Frank Ocean, Rihanna, Drake, Green Day, Bonnie Raitt, Alicia Keys e Iggy Pop, o topo ficou para o “Lemonade”, de Beyoncé. Em segundo lugar ficou “Blackstar”, do lendário David Bowie.
De acordo com a revista: “Beyoncé derrubou todos os outros neste ano com sua obra prima de alma em chamas, testemunhando sobre amor, raiva e traição que soou muito genuíno na América de 2016 […] Graças ao poder musical de Beyoncé, ‘Lemonade’ foi um sinal de esperança em meio a todos os destroços emocionais e políticos”.
